We greatly appreciate your trust and aim to deliver a seamless, comfortable, and memorable safari experience from planning to completion.<\/p><hr data-start=\"592\" data-end=\"595\" \/><h2 data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"631\"><strong data-start=\"600\" data-end=\"631\">1. BOOKING &amp; PAYMENT POLICY<\/strong><\/h2><h3 data-start=\"633\" data-end=\"679\"><strong data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"679\">Safaris booked 3+ months before travel<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"680\" data-end=\"909\"><strong data-start=\"680\" data-end=\"697\">Deposit (30%)<\/strong><br data-start=\"697\" data-end=\"700\" \/>A 30% deposit is required to confirm your safari reservation. CANCELLATION &amp; REFUND POLICY<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"1917\" data-end=\"2006\">The following terms apply unless otherwise mandated by individual lodge or camp policies:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2008\" data-end=\"2408\"><li data-start=\"2008\" data-end=\"2146\"><p data-start=\"2010\" data-end=\"2146\"><strong data-start=\"2010\" data-end=\"2049\">More than 60 days prior to arrival:<\/strong><br data-start=\"2049\" data-end=\"2052\" \/>Deposit is non-refundable (covers accommodation and permit commitments paid on your behalf).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2148\" data-end=\"2241\"><p data-start=\"2150\" data-end=\"2241\"><strong data-start=\"2150\" data-end=\"2182\">30\u201320 days prior to arrival:<\/strong><br data-start=\"2182\" data-end=\"2185\" \/>Eligible for a 50% refund of the total safari package.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2243\" data-end=\"2408\"><p data-start=\"2245\" data-end=\"2408\"><strong data-start=\"2245\" data-end=\"2284\">Less than 20 days prior to arrival:<\/strong><br data-start=\"2284\" data-end=\"2287\" \/>No refund is available; however, where possible, we will negotiate credits or date changes with accommodation partners.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"2410\" data-end=\"2448\"><strong data-start=\"2414\" data-end=\"2448\">Individual Guest Cancellations<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"2449\" data-end=\"2588\">If one or more travelers in a group must cancel, partial refunds, credits, or amendments may be arranged subject to lodge or camp policies.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"2590\" data-end=\"2642\"><strong data-start=\"2594\" data-end=\"2642\">Cancellation by Rafiki Tembo Tours &amp; Safaris<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"2643\" data-end=\"2756\">In the unlikely event that we must cancel your safari, you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made to us.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2758\" data-end=\"2761\" \/><h2 data-start=\"2763\" data-end=\"2792\"><strong data-start=\"2766\" data-end=\"2792\">3. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/h2><h3 data-start=\"2794\" data-end=\"2819\"><strong data-start=\"2798\" data-end=\"2819\">Passports &amp; Visas<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"2820\" data-end=\"2962\">Guests are responsible for holding valid passports and visas for travel. We can advise on requirements for Tanzania and neighboring countries.<\/p><h1 data-start=\"234\" data-end=\"290\"><strong>Medical Care, Travel Insurance &amp; Emergency Support<\/strong><\/h1><p data-start=\"292\" data-end=\"658\">At Rafiki Tembo Tours &amp; Safaris, the safety and well-being of our guests is our top priority. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure safe travel\u2014including experienced driver-guides, well-maintained 4\u00d74 safari vehicles, and careful route planning\u2014safari travel takes place in remote wilderness areas and on public roads where unforeseen incidents may occur.<\/p><p data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"798\"><strong data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"739\">We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance<\/strong> prior to arrival in Tanzania. This insurance should cover:<\/p><ul data-start=\"799\" data-end=\"956\"><li data-start=\"799\" data-end=\"840\"><p data-start=\"801\" data-end=\"840\">Medical treatment and hospitalization<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"841\" data-end=\"882\"><p data-start=\"843\" data-end=\"882\">Emergency evacuation and repatriation<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"920\"><p data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"920\">Trip interruption or cancellation<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"921\" data-end=\"956\"><p data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"956\">Personal belongings and luggage<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"958\" data-end=\"1010\">In the event of illness or accident during a safari:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1011\" data-end=\"1355\"><li data-start=\"1011\" data-end=\"1103\"><p data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1103\">Our team will assist in arranging transport to the nearest appropriate medical facility.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1234\"><p data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1234\">Where applicable, we can help coordinate emergency evacuation services (such as air evacuation) through third-party providers.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1355\"><p data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1355\">Medical costs, evacuation fees, and related expenses are the responsibility of the guest and their insurance provider.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1357\" data-end=\"1652\">Rafiki Tembo Tours &amp; Safaris is not a medical provider and does not offer medical insurance. We act in good faith to assist guests in emergencies but cannot be held responsible for the quality, decisions, or timelines of third-party medical services, clinics, hospitals, or evacuation providers.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"2964\" data-end=\"2988\">\u00a0<\/h3><h3 data-start=\"3172\" data-end=\"3201\"><strong data-start=\"3176\" data-end=\"3201\">Vaccinations &amp; Health<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"3202\" data-end=\"3327\">Guests must comply with health and vaccination regulations required for entry into Tanzania and\/or regional border crossings.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3329\" data-end=\"3332\" \/><h2 data-start=\"3334\" data-end=\"3379\"><strong data-start=\"3337\" data-end=\"3379\">4. SAFETY, RESPONSIBILITY &amp; LIABILITY<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"3745\" data-end=\"3858\">Our professional, licensed guides prioritize safety, responsible wildlife viewing, and ethical tourism practices.<\/p><p data-start=\"3860\" data-end=\"4142\">Participation in safari activities is at the traveler\u2019s discretion. Rafiki Tembo Tours &amp; Safaris is not responsible for losses arising from airline delays, visa or passport issues, missed connections, or other external factors; however, we actively assist clients whenever possible.<\/p><p data-start=\"4144\" data-end=\"4227\"><strong data-start=\"4144\" data-end=\"4227\">Liability is limited to payments made directly to Rafiki Tembo Tours &amp; Safaris.<\/strong><\/p><hr data-start=\"4229\" data-end=\"4232\" \/><h2 data-start=\"4234\" data-end=\"4257\"><strong data-start=\"4237\" data-end=\"4257\">6. FORCE MAJEURE<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"4259\" data-end=\"4513\">Events beyond our control (including pandemics, natural disasters, political unrest, extreme weather, or airline disruptions) may affect travel plans.
