Arrive in Entebbe and connect to a scheduled domestic flight to Kihihi or Kisoro airstrip (depending on lodge location).

Upon arrival, meet your guide and transfer to your lodge near Bwindi Forest. The journey offers scenic views of Uganda’s rolling hills and lush landscapes.

Overnight: Buhoma Lodge (or similar)

After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for briefing before beginning your gorilla trek.

Trekking duration varies depending on gorilla movements, ranging from a few hours to most of the day. Once located, you will spend one hour observing the gorillas in their natural habitat.

This is one of Africa’s most powerful wildlife experiences.

⚠️ Note: Trekking can be physically demanding; moderate fitness is recommended.

Overnight: Same lodge

Depart Bwindi after breakfast and drive toward Kibale, passing through tea plantations, villages, and forested landscapes.

Arrive in time for lunch, followed by a guided walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, known for birdlife and primates.

Overnight: Chimpundu Safari Lodge (or similar)

After breakfast, head into Kibale Forest for chimpanzee tracking.

This experience offers close-up encounters with one of our closest relatives, often active and vocal in the forest canopy.

After lunch, transfer to the airstrip or continue by road to Entebbe depending on flight arrangements.
